We’re excited to have a legendary apiary leading us on a tour of honey varietals all sourced locally. We’ll be pairing with local cheeses and wine. Each lucky student will bring home their very own jar of NYC harvested honey. Come learn about honey from flower to bottle, and the meaning of terroir.
