One of our favorite domestic cured meat producers, Herb Eckhouse, from La Quercia in Iowa, will be gracing our store with his lovely array of product. On his tour around the US promoting sustainable meat agriculture, acorn fed pork production, and the great American Spirit, he will land in our shop to share his creations and educate us about La Quercia production. Includes a tasting menu of Berkshire and Tamworth pork paired with fine cheeses and beverages.
