Bedford Cheese Shop presents its first Cheese Making class! Jessica Sennett, Director of Education at the Manhattan store, will be sharing her cheese making experiences in France and Washington State. Together we’ll make butter, yogurt, cream cheese, and ricotta. You’ll learn about milk sourcing, basic milk and cheese chemistry, and how to start making these fresh products in your home.
Class includes a tasting of the 4 fresh cheeses, 4 condiments, 1 wine, and a take away package of house made fresh cheeses + recipes.
