Blue Bottle Coffee: The Pour Over Class (it means drip coffee and so much more):
Preparing better coffee at home doesn’t require complicated machinery, but it does require skill and knowledge. Come learn the basics of pour-over (drip) coffee technique in a class including a survey of artisan roasting, coffee bean varietals, and Blue Bottle Coffee’s culinary aesthetic. Alongside this pour over tasting, we will enjoy some of the best local milk and explore how coffee and milk interact. Each student will also receive a 1/2 pound bag of coffee to prepare at home.
