Join us for this class that can only happen when this Belgian cheese distributor, Peter Verbruggen, is on the US frontier.  Peter, from Cheese- Made in Belgium, provides our shop with an incredible variety of Belgian cheeses.  We will explore the Belgian terrain:  these cheeses cover territory from soft goat to robust washed rind, to farm house gouda styles.  With France to the south, the Netherlands to the north, and Germany to the west, we see an eclectic cheese identity stem from this country.  Nate, our in house beer enthusiast, will find the perfect beers to match these full bodied cheeses.
