A kid’s eye view of cheese and cheese making
Join Wil Edwards, a cheese tutor, on the wonders of the cheese world. We will go beyond lunch box favorites, indivually wrapped singles and string cheese, to learn how the milk from goats, cows and sheep, turn (or really curdle), into one of our favorite foods, CHEESE!.
